The Library but remains in an excellentHerbert George (b. 1863) lived at Hindhead and Gomshall, Surrey, and studied at South Kensington, Herkomer's at Bushey and Newlyn, under Stanhope Forbes, and in St Ives under John Noble Barrow. Herbert George worked in the Lamorna valley in 1905, and exhibited 1906 36. This vibrant work depicts a cottage in an undulating Spring landscape. The work is very well executed with superb use of colour and wonderful depth of field. The work is housed in a
